How long do the candles burn?

Burn each candle for 2 to 4 hours at a time so the wax melts evenly across the top. Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax is left. 

What are they made of?

Coconut soy wax, a paper-core cotton wick, and phthalate-free fragrance, poured in the USA. The jar is 8 oz.

What size is the jar?

It is 3.5" tall and 2.84" at its widest point.

Are the candles made to order?

Yes. Every candle is made to order, just for you or the person you’re gifting. Orders ship in within 2 business days after we make them.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Because every candle is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, send us a photo within [7] days and we’ll make it right.

What if my candle arrives broken?

Send us a photo within [7] days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Can I choose the label and the scent?

The label picks the scent, and we think they make a great match. Check the product page to see which one comes with the candle you love. Want something different? Contact us about a custom candle.

Can I get a personalized candle?

Yes. Tell us your line, inside joke, or name, and if it’s fit to print, we’ll make it. Our rule is simple: if Jesus wouldn’t like it, we probably won’t either. We’ll send you a proof to approve before we pour, and all custom orders are final.

Can I order for a party, wedding, or event?

Yes. Contact us for retirement parties, weddings, bachelorette parties, and any other fun event. Bulk orders come with a discount, so tell us the occasion and how many candles you need.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 5 business days. See the Shipping and Returns page for rates and delivery times.

Is it safe to burn?

Yes, when you follow the burn directions. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch, never leave a candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.

Are these for kids?

Some labels are for adults only (hello, Naughty Santa). Candles are for adult use and gifting.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do! Our candles have an attitude problem, and it travels well. We’ll ship almost anywhere, as long as you cover the shipping. Contact us with your address and we’ll send you a quote. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are up to the customer, and your order won’t arrive until they’re paid.
